On July 30, 2024, PCARS collaborated once more with RePlay for Kids to conduct a toy repair workshop. Members of our club devoted their efforts to adapting toys to enhance accessibility for children with physical or developmental challenges. Special thanks to Rick DeMattia, KD8WCK, for orchestrating this remarkable event.

PCARS teamed up with RePlay for Kids on January 30, 2024, to host a toy fixit workshop. Our club members dedicated their time to modifying toys, making them more accessible for children with physical or developmental disabilities. By incorporating an external switch, these toys can now be operated effortlessly. It was an amazing chance for our members to demonstrate their soldering expertise while having a blast in a welcoming and enjoyable environment. A big shoutout to Rick DeMattia, KD8WCK, for organizing this incredible event.
