Club Outdoor Clean-up and 80 meter Antenna Install – Saturday June 14th

Make a note on your calendars for club site outdoor clean-up and 80 dipole install Saturday June 14th 9 AM – 11 AM

We need a little outdoor cleanup at the club site and Ken needs help with the 80 meter dipole installation. The outdoor cleanup should go quickly. It is just cleaning up junk left by the roof and window repair crew. Ken has done an outstanding job getting ready for the 80 meter dipole install. However, it has three support points and will take a small crew to complete.

We may do a quick look-over of the inside, but this is primally an outdoor activity. We will watch the weather closer to the date and may need to move the work to a later date if it looks likely it will rain.

Jim, AC8NT

Puerto Rico MegaPOTA Event – This Sunday May 25th

MEGA POTA 2025

We will gather at the clubhouse to search for Puerto Rico Park On The Air (POTA) stations from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, utilizing SSB, CW, and FT8 modes.

Additionally, I have been informed that several POTA stations will be operational from the Dominican Republic. It would be wonderful if you could join us for the hunt.
